If you can't hear the other party during your TouchCare Video Calls, first check that your volume is turned all the way up.
Then check to see if the other party has muted their mic. If they are muted there will be a small microphone icon in the upper left below the caller's name and call time.
If you still can't hear, check your TouchCare app settings in your system settings to ensure that you have given TouchCare access to your microphone. To do this, go to Settings, scroll down until you see TouchCare, tap TouchCare, and turn every setting "On."
