How to log in to TouchCare

Congratulations, your practice has joined TouchCare! You've received an email introducing TouchCare (learn more here) and inviting you to connect with your patients and other providers in the app.

Download TouchCare to your iPhone, iPad or Android, open it and log in with the user name and temporary password that are listed in the email.

If you haven't received an invitation email, request assistance from your practice administrator or from TouchCare customer support at (800) 900-5039.

Open TouchCare

Enter your email address and password, and sign in

If you can't find the email address and temporary password, tap "Forgot Email or Password?" and use your work email address to reset your password.

Check the "Remember Me" box to have the app save your Email Address and password so that you don't have to enter them in the future.

If prompted, create a new password

Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number or symbol (or both!).

If prompted, allow notifications and access to your camera and microphone

The first time you log in, you are asked to allow TouchCare to create notifications in your phone and to access your camera and microphone. This access allows TouchCare video appointments to take place.
