How to log in to the Dashboard

Administrators manage TouchCare appointments, providers, patients, practice settings, invitations, urgent care features and can contact TouchCare customer support - all from the online Dashboard.

We recommend you access the Dashboard from one of the following internet browsers:

  • Chrome, latest version
  • Firefox, latest version
  • Safari, latest version
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or newer. Accessing the Dashboard from older versions of Internet Explorer may result in images not rendering  or functionality not working as expected.
    Please note that Microsoft Edge is not supported.

Open browser and navigate

Enter credentials and log in

If you are provider with administrative privileges, your TouchCare dashboard email address and password are the same as your TouchCare app email address and password.

If you are an administrator and not a provider, your TouchCare dashboard email address and password are supplied to you by your TouchCare system administrator.
