How to connect with your care team

Connect with your practices and providers in TouchCare so that you can easily access their information, they can set up appointments with you, and if they have opted in, so you can start a video conference with them on demand.

You are prompted to connect with your care team after registering for an account, and can add or modify your connections in TouchCare at any time.

You may also receive an invitation to connect from a provider. See How to accept or decline a connection request.

Agree to the practice terms and conditions

The first time you connect with a practice or the first provider at a practice, you may be prompted to read and accept one or more terms and conditions agreements. Accepting the agreement is required in order to proceed with a video call with any provider affiliated with the practice.
