How to log in to TouchCare

After you've downloaded TouchCare to your device (see How to download TouchCare), log in.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not rely on TouchCare.

If you need an account, see How to register for TouchCare.

Open TouchCare

Enter your email address and password, and sign in

Check the "Remember Me" box to have the app save your email address and password so that you don't have to enter them in the future. Check the box only if your device is password protected AND only if it is used by people who you are comfortable having access to your health information.

If prompted, create a new password

Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number or symbol (or both!).

If prompted, allow notifications and access to your camera and microphone

The first time you log in, you are asked to allow TouchCare to create notifications in your phone and to access your camera and microphone. This access allows TouchCare video appointments to take place.
